• We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, original, or factually accurate.
• You are solely responsible for verifying facts and claims in generated content.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S12V Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely.
